Its almost summer in Chicago so come on out on Friday, May 21 at noon and watch Top Chef Masters competitor Marcus Samuelsson give a free cooking demo of burgers at Macy’s on State Street at noon today (111 North State, lower level). Get a taste of inspiration and meet Chef Marcus Samuelsson, the culinary force behind Marc Burger located at Macy’s Seven on State and C-House restaurant in Chicago. Marcus will lead a step by step great-burgers in chicagocooking demonstration and reveal the secret to his legendary burgers. With mouthwatering ingredients and a few tricks of the trade, even the toughest burger critics are sure to love the samples Marcus will be dishing up.

Following the free event, Marcus will be available to meet customers and sign copies of his latest cookbook New American Table, which will be available for purchase the day of the event.
